The Stratford Financial Group was founded on the premise that the insurance marketplace was becoming increasingly under-serviced and was moving in a direction that focused more on profit-per-client than creatively and continuously striving to meet the group insurance needs of employers. To this day, the Stratford Financial Group’s mission is to always meet the needs of the employer, pioneer products and services in the marketplace and passionately maintain a continued sense of responsibility to our clients’ employees and their families.

The Stratford Financial Group has a staff of highly trained and dedicated individuals with experience from a broad cross-section of the insurance industry. We utilize the experience, talent and creative ideas of our staff to design, market and implement various insurance concepts and programs and maintain service models to solve our clients ever changing needs.

The depth of our expertise and the scope of our product portfolio and service deliverables were expanded subsequent to joining forces with the consultative and support staff of Benefit Foundations of America, BenefitTaxLink and Gente, LLC. The end result of these collaborations was the creation of the newly organized Stratford Insurance Services, Inc. and Stratford Employer Services, LLC.

Our executive staff has collectively authored two books on employer sponsored healthcare and healthcare reform, hosted its own weekly call-in radio program and is a regular presenter at professional industry events, symposiums and panel discussions. As recognized industry experts, our executive staff has appeared on television, in magazines and is a regular contributor to both local and national media.

Benefit Foundations of America has joined The Stratford Financial Group

Benefit Foundations of America

We are pleased to let you know that effective January 1, 2013 Benefit Foundations of America has joined The Stratford Financial Group. For the past 8 months, both organizations have been operating out of the same location, merging best practices and integrating staff to enable us to seamlessly provide an enhanced suite of services as well as an increased depth of personnel. Benefit Foundations has an excellent reputation in the insurance community and brings with them their membership in the Benefit Advisor Network. BAN is a consortium of similar firms located throughout the United States. It allows us to share ideas with other industry leaders, deliver national account service at the local level, leverage combined strength to reduce costs/increase purchasing power with vendors and attend and participate in timely and meaningful educational conferences, as well as utilize the services of BAN’s Medical and Pharmacy Directors. Through BAN, we have on retainer a prestigious international law firm. In certain instances, access to some of the preeminent ERISA attorneys for case specific issues lends a significant level of comfort to an increasingly litigious employer/employee market place.
